Barre Above

Barre is a full-body conditioning class that incorporates the movements of ballet, Pilates, and Yoga with strength components.  It is designed for a wide range of fitness levels, ages, and bodies.  It is centered around fluid movement that targets the major muscle groups.  Balance and stretching are key elements in this full body workout.  It is NOT a dance class! 

Cardio/Sculpt

Sculpt at Cycle Craze will focus on a full body work-out using weights and body resistance with a weekly progression in strength and intensity to challenge your muscles. Cardio in the sculpt portion of the class will consist of a raised heart rate with continual movement, along with an occasional short high intensity burst. The weight training will be slow and controlled, focusing on form and strength, which will be a great addition to your overall fitness plan.

Spin/Sculpt

A 15-20 minute ride to music/40-45 minute Sculpt work-out. Sculpt at Cycle Craze will focus on a full body work-out using weights and body resistance with a weekly progression in strength and intensity to challenge your muscles. Cardio in the sculpt portion of the class will consist of a raised heart rate with continual movement, along with an occasional short high intensity burst. The weight training will be slow and controlled, focusing on form and strength, which will be a great addition to your overall fitness plan.

Spinning

A 50-55 minute ride to music. We instruct Endurance, Strength and Interval Rides and you will be taken through a series of flats, climbs, jumps and potentially sprints. Riders burn on average between 500 and 700 calories per class and they are designed to bring about your ultimate cardio work-out. All classes are coached to all fitness levels and ultimately you are in control of your ride! 

Please bring a towel, water bottle, and clean/dry sneakers to change into at the studio.  We encourage you to wear a heart rate monitor since our classes are coached to heart rate zones.  Our bikes are equipped with SPD pedals if you own cycling shoes. 

TRX

No spinning in this class!  The focus here is going to be on improving muscle tone, strength, flexibility, balance, and core stability by using the TRX® Suspension Training System.  

TRX/Sculpt

No spinning in this class!   The focus here is going to be on improving muscle tone, strength, flexibility, balance, and core stability by using the TRX® Suspension Training System, along with free weight dumbbells and floor exercises.

Spin/Barre

A 20 minute ride to music/40-45 minute Barre work-out. Barre at Cycle Craze will focus on a full body work-out using weights, other props/equipment and body resistance. Spin portion of the class will consist of raising heart rate and transitioning to the Barre completely warmed up. Barre incorporates the movements of ballet, Pilates and Yoga with strength and balance components.

Virtual Barre Above

Virtual offering of Live Barre class.  This class can be done at home with only a few simple props: a chair or counter, a tennis ball, light weights or a cans and a mat or towel will be all you need!

Virtual Spinning® is our instructor led class done from your home on your bike!  A great way to stay connected and motivated with other riders.
