Debbie Jerris
An avid athlete her entire life and someone who strives to be a role model for healthy living, Debbie’s passion for health and fitness became even more of a priority for her when she purchased Cycle Craze in October of 2014.  Already an active member at Cycle Craze and holding several certifications in the fitness industry including Health Coach - Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Physical Fitness Specialist - RIT, Mad Dogg Spinning® Instructor and TRX® Group Suspension Trainer, Debbie began adding classes that focused on functional training to the schedule.  Debbie’s athletic approach and her knowledge of fitness makes for a high energy class, combining weights, TRX®, HIIT, and bodyweight to challenge the beginning exerciser to the highly conditioned athlete.  You will find that Debbie can motivate you to push yourself farther than you ever thought possible, finding your inner strength both on and off the bike!

Jackie Kingston
One of Cycle Craze’s original instructors, Jackie relates to her riders in a very personal way.  Jackie brings to class her contagious energy and her classes are always fun, energizing and challenging. You will find that Jackie’s classes are always fueled by the music, riding to strong/powerful and inspirational tunes!!  Jackie knows how important it is to do the work from the inside out and weather it is sprinting, climbing, goal setting, Jackie is committed to pushing your limits!!!  Off the Spinner® bike, Jackie is sponsored by The Once Again Nut Butter Multi - Sport Race Team (which she is also the Women’s Race Team Director,) and you can usually find on her road bike, running the roads, or training for some sort of an endurance event which includes marathons, Ironman Triathlon and USA Cycling Road Races. Jackie’s Mad Dogg Spinning® certification is completed to the highest level possible and her next goal is to become Master Instructor for Mad Dogg Athletics®.
 
Kristen  
Kristen Bouvier Scoville
She has been with Cycle Craze since it opened and is certified as a 3 Star Mad Dogg Athletics Spinning® Instructor as well as a Team Beachbody Health and Fitness Coach, CPR and AED Certified. Kristen actually started spinning in 2007. Her concentrations tend to include, Heart Rate Training, Biomechanics, Metabolism and Nutrition due to her interest in these areas. Although she will tell you "indulge once in a while, it's good for your soul".


Fun Facts:
Kristen is our queen of music, "DJ K", and iTunes expert. She spends countless hours assisting the rest of your Cycle Craze team with computer and iTunes questions and issues. We are pretty sure she could work for iTunes at this point but she is so dedicated to spinning and her classes she is not entertaining offers from them. We are very thankful for her expertise in the technology area.
 
In the studio she is known for her ENERGETIC, fun and tough rides that keep riders wondering what to expect next and what new challenges she will bring - sometimes on the fly. If you want to be pushed to step up your work-out to the next level then Kristen is the ideal instructor for you. In a positive, bubbly way she will belt out "PUSH IT, PUSH IT" or "ADD" any number of times during a ride depending on how much coffee she has consumed prior to class. We love her passion and commitment to all things Cycle Craze.
 
Carol Robinson
Carol has been interested in staying in shape almost her entire life. She was both a high school and college athlete. Carol fell in love with Spinning® at Cycle Craze the very first time she rode! She was an amazing rider and brought a terrific energy to the classes she rode in.  She was happy to pursue her Madd Dog Spinning® Certification and started instructing at Cycle Craze in 2012. She is also CPR and AED certified.  She has been a fantastic addition to the team and continues to bring her great energy and enthusiasm to all her classes she instructs!  While off the bike, Carol enjoys running with a great group of friends! She completed her goal of running a marathon in 2013.

Fun facts:
Carol's love for teaching occurs in both her classroom and at the Cycle Craze studio. She encourages ALL of her students to remember "Nothing is impossible - the word itself says 'I'm possible.' "(Audrey Hepburn) Carol understands the mental and physical struggles people endure when trying something new and she enjoys helping riders work through these struggles and celebrate their successes!
    Kristen LaFleur
     ~Joined Cycle Craze as a rider in 2011.
     ~Earned Mad Dogg Spin® and TRX® certification in January 2015.
     ~I like to balance the strength training of TRX® with the Cardiovascular
        training of Spinning®.
     ~I am continuing to enhance my certifications through online training
       courses.
     ~I like to focus on form both in and out of the saddle as well as heart
                                            rate ranges, resistance, and cadence.
                                          ~I love to find new music! However quite often there will be some
                                            classic rock or 80’s music thrown into the mix. 
                               FunFacts:
                                         ~I like to spend time with my husband Ed and my two children Eddie
                                           and Kendall.  I keep my kids involved in loads of activites:  Football,
                                           Soccer, Dance, Swim, Baseball, and Softball.   
 
Rachel Andrews
Rachel joined the Cycle Craze community right after moving to the area in 2014. In 2015, she became a Mad Dogg Certified Spinning Instructor. Rachel’s drive and discipline comes from many years as a ballet dancer. Even after changing careers, she continues to have a very active lifestyle. Outside of the Spinning studio, Rachel enjoys outdoor biking, hiking, and yoga. In her Spin classes, she aims to inspire everyone to push themselves to their limit. Each person is at a different level of their fitness journey, but every day is an opportunity for growth. Rachel knows that half of the battle is showing up, which is why she always plans a fun but challenging ride set to motivating music. You never regret a workout!
 
Fun facts:
- Almost every morning, Rachel does a quick 15-30 minute workout at home to kick start her day. 
- She lived in Colorado, Delaware, Virginia, North Carolina, and Ontario before moving to New York.
